Kobestarr Digital provides AI marketing strategy, vibe marketing, AI SEO and AEO, WordPress website design and development, and local SEO services to business clients. This website exists to explain what we do, share proposals with prospective clients, and allow people to get in touch.

Unless stated otherwise in the proposal itself, all pricing is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the proposal is sent. After that, we reserve the right to revise pricing.
Tracking
When you view a proposal, we track engagement data (which sections you view, time spent, return visits). This is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and via a notice on the proposal itself.
Acceptance
Viewing a proposal does not create a binding agreement. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a statement of work, service agreement, or equivalent document.
5. Intellectual property
Website content
All content on this website – including text, images, design, code, and branding – belongs to Kobestarr Digital or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Proposal content
The strategy, ideas, and creative concepts in our proposals remain our intellectual property until you have signed an agreement and paid in full. Viewing a proposal does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Your content
If you submit content to us (for example, through a contact form or brief), you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or delivering our services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services
- Our total liability for any claim related to this website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or GBP 100 if you have not paid us anything)

- For domestic disputes (both parties based in the UK): the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- For international disputes (one or both parties based outside the UK): the dispute will be resolved by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under the LCIA Rules. The seat of arbitration will be London. The language will be English. The tribunal will consist of a single arbitrator.
11. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
12. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, form the entire agreement between you and Kobestarr Digital regarding your use of this website.
